Here’s what you need to know for 2023:

Great news!

Robert Half is once again absorbing cost increases for your 2023 medical, dental, and vision benefits, so your premium amounts will remain the same. For some medical plans, that is six consecutive years of no increase!*

A new Employee Assistance Program powered by SupportLinc will be replacing Magellan beginning December 1, 2022.

The new program offers faster, easier ways to access care, including online appointment scheduling. Everyone will continue to receive up to 10 in-person or virtual visits per issue for you and your household members. For employees in the middle of treatment plans, Magellan will be available through January 2023. If more time is needed, employees may nominate their provider to join the SupportLinc network.

Increase in family planning benefit.

For employees enrolled in our Anthem and Cigna medical plans, we are increasing our infertility benefits for covered services to a $20,000 lifetime cap.

Expanded travel expense reimbursement.

An expanded list of medical treatments will be eligible for travel expense reimbursement. Anthem and Cigna medical plans will cover travel costs associated with covered treatments including, but not limited to, organ transplants, mental health and substance abuse, and select reproductive health services, as permitted by law and subject to IRS and plan limits.

For 2023,

the IRS annual contribution limits for your HSA will be $3,850 for individual coverage and $7,750 for family coverage. For your Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Limited Use Health Care FSA, the annual contribution limit will be $3,050. The commuter benefits contribution limit will be $300 per month for 2023. The Dependent Care FSA annual contribution limit remains unchanged. Note: Dependent Care FSA contributions for highly compensated employees will be limited as required by the IRS.

* You may see increases for some individually rated voluntary plans, such as universal life, auto, home or pet insurance policies, and there will be an increase in premiums for supplemental life and long-term disability (LTD).

Hired in October or November?

If you’re hired around the time of Open Enrollment, you may be eligible to enroll in benefits for both 2022 and 2023. This is called dual enrollment. Open Enrollment for 2022 benefits is October 31 through November 11.

Robert Half and Protiviti employees hired or newly eligible for benefits between October 17 and December 1 need to enroll in benefits for both 2022 and 2023.

Full-Time Engagement Professionals employees hired or newly eligible for benefits between October 17 and November 2 need to enroll in benefits for both 2022 and 2023.

You should complete your new hire enrollment as soon as possible so you can receive youre medical and prescription ID cards in case you or a covered family member needs to see a doctor or get a prescription.
